cooling fan issues

When cars cold fan comes on as soon as you turn the key. It shuts off after a few minutes and cycles fine. Doesn't run hot at all. Also voltage drops a good bit then comes back up most of the time. Replaced fan motor already.

Has the fan been rewired to come on at all times?

NO it just started doing it and won't stop, it does it hot or cold. Its weird? On my fan in between the fan motor and the ccrm theirs a relay or switch maybe its the size of a deck of playing cards, but late model resteration said you can't buy it no more. They said that it stops the wire from burning up if say the fan goes out. Do you think that may have something to do with my problem.

It sounds like you're talking about the circuit breaker. It was retrofitted to some of the fans.

Is the ECT connection tight and clean? Is the ECT reading correctly?
