Cooling fan sounds like a weed eater

I have a loud weed eater noise coming form the front of the motor. I can turn the fan with the motor off, but that is normal. This is a stock 92 and the noise is louder than the dang exhaust. Fan clutch maybe?

I concur. Good news....replacement clutch's are cheap. Check the fan blades while you're at it though, they've been known to crack over time. I'd replace the whole unit if that's the case.
