Hey guys, it's been awhile since I've hopped on here.. So, like, I thought I'd cruise by and say hi.

nothing terribly new with me - same ol car same ol unfinished project (the quick-change).. Who am I kidding, life is totally different than it was years ago when I had the time to work on the car

damn bro all this time and i thought you'd have that thing on the road and haulin' ass by now, in fact i thought you'd be done way before me but it looks like it's teh other way around, check the link in my sig for pics of the completed 69 GT coupe and there's a teaser pic of my new 69 cougar project. once i get the stang sold and we buy a house (the reason for selling the stang) i'll start in on resto-modding the cougar. as it is it's a 64,000 mile all original 69 cougar standard coupe, original 2-tone paint (light aqua with white painted top) with 351w-2v, FMX auto, power steering, AC and MANUAL DRUMS all around. eventually it's gonna be acapulco blue like the stang but i'm still debating the top, i can't decide whether to leave it white, paint it black or body color or install a black vinyl top. interior will be redone with my 86 mustang GT buckets in black vinyl and black/blue houndstooth cloth and the deluxe woodgrain cougar interior (NOT XR7 interior). i'll be doing a ton of suspension work on the car and a good bit of engine and trans work as well.

yeah, so many things took over... I went 1 summer where it was nothing but climbing (actually, a couple summers of that).. This summer is more about settling down with my new g/f for the past couple years (getting a house together) and hitting the 1 year mark for a nasty custody dispute (after 6 years, she decides she wants our girls - heh)... So pick your poison - but I'm ready to $ell my ride (if anyone has SERIOUS interest, PM me - I won't talk $$ in the public forums)..

CORPSE!!!! Haven't seen you here in forever. Sucks that you're thinking about selling your mustang, though - I always did like what you were doing to it.

Yeah but I was busy finding a job and preparing for a family, not climbing a fricken rock. And I'm willing to bet that either of us could be done before you actually sell yours and buy a new house.

PAK is just grouchy, now that he's a Dad, he doesn't sleep.

Dude, I'm like in my 30's, bro ;-)

I already have a 14 and 11 yr girl - oldest going into high school. My girlfriend has 3 boys..

BTW - I have started to update a photo gallery of the car, if anyone is interested, PM me and I'll send you a private link... I can't really put pics online publicly..

Apparantly I wasn't sleeping before either or I wouldn't be a dad now while pushing 40!

Holy cr@p! Corpse shows up and everybody climbs out of the woodwork!
Is that a Hungry Trunk-Monkey I hear?

PAK is becoming a Dad at 40??? Pish-tosh. My Pop's fostered me at the tender young age of 45 (Mom was 41); so you've got time..... And Dan, qwitcherbichen! Jessie is now 18 and Spc4 (soon to be Sgt) Cowgirl Tink turns 22 in another 3 months.

So Corpse.... do I really have to PM you for a link to the album? I don't care about perusing dead naked lesbian midget women.... I just wanna see the car!

Laters; gotta pop open the other window and see if bnickel responded to the PM I just left him over on mercurycougar.net
