Cost: Rebuild vs longblock 331

I am thinking about getting the engine rebuilt or replaced. How much should I look to spend? The engine is in the car and it runs well, it just has 220,000 miles on it and I drive it kind of hard, imagine that. I want to eventually get a blower for it so the internals will have to be able to handel that and the compression will have to be lowered a little, I think. Any ideas, suggestions, shops in CA central valley?

You can build a 331 for slightlly more than a stock rebuild. I have a crank that was a BOSS crank (3" stroke) ground down to 3.25". I also had the throws widened to accept 400 SBC rods. I think I used 283 pistons in it for 10:1 CR. THrow on a set of windsor 4bbl heads and you have a cheap shortblock that will have power potential.
