could a bad FR cause a rich condition with a 190lph fuel pump?

Just wondering... I don't have a fuel pressure gauge anymore so I can't tell. There are, however, two very black, raw fuel smelling spots on my driveway where my exhaust turn-downs usually hover over...

Timing is still a little off, so maybe that could be the problem too? No CEL or codes...

If the diaphram in the regulator tore, it would dump fuel right into the vaccuum line for the regulator, so yes, it can..

Find out what the PSI is set at and get back at us. Also dump the codes just cause there isnt a light doesnt mean there isnt codes.

So a bad regulator will send fuel in my vacuum line, pretty easy to check. I'll plug my scantool and do a key on, engine running test.
