Could this part be identified?

I have a '91 GT hatchback. The other day, after not using the car for a while, I put gas in the car and drove back home. As I pulled in my driveway, the car began smoking. When I raised the hood, it seems like all the power steering fluid was gone and blew out (I haven't had the car brought to a mechanic yet). When I looked down around that area, I found the attached plastic cover for something loose and partially melted. The F1 part number is partially distorted from it being damaged. There is a sticker re the air bag on the part.

Could someone please identify this part, so I know what I need to get for replacement? What is this part's function? I am curious what may have caused it to melt. I don't remember what it might have been resting on, and for all I know it may have been loose and (gradually) melting for some time.

Kind regards...

That sort of looks like the coil cover. If i'm searching correctly on Google "F1ZB-14*AB" it does come up with the Coil Cover P/N F1ZB-14B182-AB.

It probably wiggled loose and fell onto the header/manifold.
