After getting my bonus I was thinking about saving up for a new intake. I really like the way the Shaker looks but is it really all that much better than a stock intake? And, this may be really dumb but, if you have a Shaker intake and it is raining or snowing outside, can you drive without sucking a ton of stuff besides air down it? If i go this route, I would prolly go the Karcraft route and get the shaker hood and by the time i get that and get it painted its would probably be almost as much as a Bullit intake kit, wouldn't it? In which case should I get a bullit intake instead? Is it a better choice even though I would really like to have a functional hood scoop?
