Did our cars come from the factory with mud flaps? I believe that's the first I have seen with them (other than some V6's I've seen with them). Yeah, I agree .... lose the flaps.

Overall the car is nice. Take off the mud flaps, raise up the front and take the decal off the windshield. My-o. Still an awesome car either way though, just my taste.

Oh, and I like the headlights too.

Damn that bitch is low! Looks wicked, love the wheels. Aren't you from near me (Wheeling, WV)? I seem to remember your username from SteelCityStangs.

Nope. I wish. I'd love to have them, but I can't really justify spending that much on those things. Maybe someday the prices will go down, lol.

In just about every pic that is taken of our tails with a camera flash ... the bottom appears to be yellow. So it's just the camera effect.

Thanks everybody for the compliments!
I know the mudflaps are ghey! But, when I run my drag wheels & tires they spit s**t all over the sides of the car and I sure and the hell dont want to ruin my paint!! Believe me if I didnt need them they would be on the car cause I hate them myself.

The tires only rub just slightly every once in a while, like when im going around a sharp turn fast. Its really nothing though, there just rubbing on the inner fender a hair.

95riosnake, Yes im from Weirton, not too far from you. Im actually going to Quaker City Raceway tommorow for T&T, should should go up if you get a chance, racing starts at 10:00 am.

The front springs are the stock Cobra spring w/ 2 full coils cut off, I did have a coilover suspension on the front and I just couldnt take it any longer, it was such a sh***y ride and soo noisy it wasnt even funny, so I switched back too regular coils. The rear still has the coilovers on it as there is no problems w/ them. I like having the adjustability in the rear so I can raise it up to fit my 28" slicks. In the pics the rear is raised up about 2.5 inches higher than usual since I have to jack it up to clear the 28's.

69clark, Thats the look I try to go for a nice clean but sharp look, nothing that really looks outta place or too flashy. Thanks

Prokiller, I wanted the mirrors painted for the last 5 years and I finally got my brother to paint them last year. Thanks

Ahh. Makes sense. You are all go. But your show looks great as well! I wish I had a Cobra because I really like those front bumpers. That is pretty neat that you can raise and lower the back too. I had no idea front coil-overs rode so bad either.. Guess I am not getting those. On the mud flaps, it would be nice to know if anyone here has ever had any dammage done from slicks kicking up crap on the paint on the fenderwell area. You could also probably get a clear protective strip of some kinf maybe? Dunno.

Thanks for the invite, but I'm down in Virginia at school right now, I'll be back in Wheeling mid-May, so I might come out some weekend.

The fronts also fling alot of s**t down the side of the car too, cause I run skinnies on the front 15 x 4's w/ a 165R15 tire, so they stick out past the fender a little cause of the offsetting to clear the cobra brakes.
They are custom made wheels w/ no spacer needed to clear the cobra brakes.
