Cougar Taillights in a 65

Does anyone know if this is possible? I thought I saw instalation instructions somewhere online but I can't seem to find them again. Thanks.

There is an online article on installing 65 T-bird lights. I plan on doing 67-68 cougar lights on my 66. The t-bird lights look easier to do but since my uncle has some spare Cougar bucket and bezels and they're free, I figure it's worth a shot.
