Cowl cover

hey all, when i was on here awile ago, i remember seeing someone
posting a site that has custom cowl grill covers. Mine is cracked and it
looks pretty ugly anyway. Anyone remember the site or another site i
could try? thanks

Be careful! The cowl vents on 79-82 mustangs are a different width than 83-93 mustangs. The people over at www.foureyedpride.com can help you.

thats a pretty nice lookin cowl grille, but it doesnt look like it would flow with the lines of a mustang...maybe more like a civic.

If that's the Canadian place that was making similar cowls a while back, DON'T go with them. Just about everybody who's dealt with them has gotten screwed. Their location in the eBay ad says "NIAGARA FALLS", which could be Canada.

REALLY???? WOW I was planning on buying a fiberglass hood from them in the next few weeks. Does anyone else have any experience in dealing with them? (before I send them a wad of cash)

That's what I thought too. I'd never heard anything bad about theese guys before now.

I just bought and received one of those. I think (not sure) it was the same place you have in that link. If so, I'd say go with it, it only took a few days to come in, and the finish is really nice. Not much prep work needed at all.

I have a feul pressure guage mounted to my cowl grill right now, and not gonna poke a hole in my new peice for that, so I am gonna wait till I get an electric f.p. guage to run inside the car before I install it. Also not sure how it is gonna look w/o a cowl hood, so I may wait till I get that, too.

Anyone that is thinging about a custom mustang part, i highly warn you not to go with them. i worked for him for over a year and he is nothing but a crook, so just be warned. i dont want to see anyone else get screwed over, i saw enough when i was there.
