Cowl repair on a 70

Last bit of body work is kinda nasty. Passgr side cowl was bondo'd or something and I got all the junk out and Im left with a pretty big hole into the glove box area. Havent found sheet metal for this area, any suggestions? I was thinking fiber mesh? Thanks...

Check into POR15's rust repair kit... I think it includes some fiberglass type mesh plus some hardener and of course some POR15 to make sure it never rusts again. From my experience with POR15, I'd feel comfortable with that kind of repair on my own Mach. Just remember, the key to success with POR15 is the prep... do the prep right and you shouldn't have any problems.

Thanks db, Thats what I have, their kit and paint and all. Anyone have tips for using the mesh?
