Cracked Vacuum Lines, Need to Replace

My EGR Vacuum Line is completely cracked in half from being so brittle and old, and also the long black Vacuum line that runs from the passenger side firewall, to the driver side firewall. The black line snapped if have at the base of the fitting so i dont know how i am gonna fix that. Does Ford still sell the whole vacuum line assembly?

you could use regular rubber vacuum tubing for the repairs

What about the black hose i described. It it broken at the base, so i am unable to put hose around it. I will take pics tmmrw describing what i mean.
