I just bought a set of used crane cam regrinds and was curious on the reliability or any issues with them. I have done a search and found some issues with the erson cams and was wondering if that was something only found with them. Also, is the lash caps all that is needed to do the install. This is my first 4.6 that I have worked on so I could use any help I can get. The numbers on the cam are as follows, if you anyone has any info on them please let me know, thanks.

The other cam has the same numbers exept lb is rb, I guess there is a right and left cam?
