Crane Energizer/Cobra roller rockers

Just picked up a set plus a couple spares for a good price. they are the ones made by crane for ford (say energizer and have a ford part number). are the pedistals for these the same as the stock stamped rockers? what valve covers will i need for them? how can i clean them up? can the bearings be cleaned/greased? thanks

Yes they are the same size pedestials as a stock rocker. On a sidenote, how much did you pay?
