crank but no start

i ave a crank but no start condition. i had my gt40p heads done at a shop they put 600lift limit valve springs on it. i changed my wiring harness. still same problem. everything electrical and on the engine is new. but i think i might have messed up some where. the car dumped fuel in the oil. ok when the machine shop did my valve springs they put one shim under each valve spring. would i need new push rods? this is a complete 2000 explorer engine. i reused the push rods and stock rocker arms. this was my first time putting together an engine. i installed my stock cam back in too. i didnt degree it. i just installed it straight up on tdc. when i installed it i installed the cam with the heads off on an engine stand. maybe i messed up somewhere. i reset distributor countless times. same result. also on my first start up after the rebuild it ran very well for ten minutes. no missing. idle was perfect. then it just died and it didnt start back up. also when it was running there was alot of white smoke. checked dipstick no coolant in the oil. no bubbles in radiator. here is a video of how it sounds trying to turn over:
