crank but will not turn over

Help please !!!!!2001 gt basically stock ... ran great ... sat over the winter with only a few starts here and there..... tried to start it , will crank but will not turn over.. new batt. used some starting fluid to get it going will run for a while ... trew code p0190 ... cant hear the fuel pump engage ... fuel pressure is only 6psi..... what do you guys think this might be?????

What do you mean it will crank but will not turn over? The starter just grinds???

similar problem to you, and it turned out to be the fuel pump.

I had exact same problem. fuel pump needed to be replaced.
