Crank pulley problems

A few days ago I noticed a noise under the hood, turned out to be the crank pulley was wobbling. I took out the bolts applied some blue loctite to them and torqued them down to 50ft lbs as per the Ford Service Manual.

Yesterday I notice it making that noise again and slightly wobbling again so I rechecked the 4 bolts and they are still at 50ft lb of torque and I also looked at the balancer but it is not wobbling at all, it was replaced about a year ago along with the pulleys.

When I checked the torque this morning it stopped wobbling and making the noise it was making for a few minutes then it started again.

Where do I go from here?

AH HA! I took the pulley off and inspected it, apparently it was either defective when I got it or I had torqued it down too much when it was first installed last year and it has crack that goes around half the diameter of the outter edge and through a bolt hole... :bang:

Time go get a new pulley...
