Crank Pulley Wobbling? Revisited

Okay i removed the underdrive pullies and put the factory set up back in place except for the alternator pulley. Everything looks fine except now the tension pulley is making excessive noise. I even bought a crank pulley with the bolt and washer.

What do i do now?

I just want to ride until my pro charger gets hear next week. But that idler pulley jerking back and forth just doesnt look safe.

May be bad bearings in the pulley. Replace it since, if it goes out, it will break the belt and leave you stranded.

Better get it fixed quick. A friend of mine had a wobbly crank pulley on a Honda Civic and it ruined his crankshaft.
