Does a ‘92 5.0 have a crankshaft oil slinger like earlier small block Ford’s? The reason I ask is I received this engine all apart and don’t find one in the parts boxes. And I can’t remember because it’s been a couple of years since I did the last one. And I’m old and forgetful.
No crank slinger on these, from the factory they have a slinger on the front of the cam gear. Lot of people leave these off during rebuilds. Crane sells a parts kit for these kinds of things..
