Does anyone know how tight thr crankshaft pully bolt need to be torqued down to?

If you mean the large bolt that holds the vibration damper to the crankshaft, it's 70 to 90 ft/lbs. If you mean the 4 bolts that hold the pulley to the vibration damper, it's 35 to 50 ft/lbs.
