Roush Crystal Cove 07/08/06

......Just wondering if any of you local SoCal people would like to meet Todd and myself tomorrow morning at the Crystal Cove Promenade for the weekly gathering of vehicles. Roughly 125 cars can park inside the cones where all the spectators will be. It fills up quickly, anytime after 630am and you might not have a place to park. Always a great turn out of extoic's (Porsche, Ferrari, Lambo's) to old and new muscle cars. Every now and then Saleen will show up with a few S7's, Ford GT and S281's. Show's normally over no later then 830am. Good way to get your fix of cars and not spend the whole day doing it. Here is the address if you can stop by:

Todd makes that his weekly ritual to attend CC. You can always count on running into him. I try to make it once a month. Gets my fix of cars for the month. Let us know what weekend is best for you and we'll round up as many stangs as we can. Of course, we'll still be out numbered by those damn Italian ladies......Way to many people with money they don't know what to do with!!!

That's pretty early. I think I'm spoiled working from home. I get out of bed at 7:59 to stroll into my office by 8:00. I don't think my body can physically get up that early, even for cars.

I have work at 7am and also love to sleep in on the weekend but I had a blast the first time I went last January. Thanks Robert, once I figure that out, I'll drop you a line.

Saleen was in attendance this week with 4 S281's (one was the beryllium 06 E #02) and a black S7. Molly was there but no Steve. I was lucky enough to get the spot next to the E and got some good pics of my car lined up with them. The pictures will be up soon.

....that's pretty sweet. Of course, the weekend we all decided to go they are a no show but the weekend that 1 or 2 people are there they bring the army and don't even let us know about it
