So I'm just getting back into the Mustang game, after having my ol' girl parked in the garage for about five years. I know I need either the transmission rebuilt (perhaps to WC-spec...anything stronger than the stock T5) or replaced, and who knows what else she needs after sitting for so long. Rather than just pick up a new/used tranny somewhere, I'm wondering if anyone in CT knows of a good shop in-state (hopefully near New Haven) familiar with late model Mustangs...that can give her a once-over, and/or possibly rebuild the tranny (or just install a new one if I decide to go that route).
Any of the places I used "back in the day," I'm no longer happy with, so I'd like to get some recommendations. A Mustang-specific place would of course be best
