I think i have a problem...i have a few more in a box and a few of the red Nitto version. I wouldn't say i'm a collector but i buy/collect anything Fox related if i see it and i struck gold today.

If you can't find them in a store, sure. They're really not that hard to find. I just found 11 of those at a single Walmart. They had 3 of them in the aisle with all the other cars and then a big dump bin display with the rest in that. If i were like those crazy collectors going store to store buying them up, i'd probably have 100 by now.

Went to the Walmart website and could not find that one. Found an older one on Amazon but it doesn't have the graphix yours has.

It's been out in a few paint jobs...a lot of them i've never seen in person. Do an image search for 1992 Hot Wheels Mustang and you'll find a bunch. There's one that is silver with a black cowl hood that i really want, and the red Nitto version came in a blue variant and there's a few others.

Haha, why do you need so many of the same car?

I have the blue one with the angled side stripes, the red Nitto one, and a retarded purple one that I cut the roof off of with the intentions to paint it and make it look like my car. Hasn't happened yet, haha.

BTW, rumor has it that they are planning a coupe version, as well.


It's about damn time. Why did it take so long for them to release a decent Fox car?

I don't know especially since they've made them in the past...4 eye versions even. There are older castings of 4 eye GTs and Pace Cars that i guess they don't want to reuse. I think they probably will in the long run.

I think they're starting to get a little more respect. I had one of those page-a-day Mustang calendars, and just for ****s and giggles I kept a tally of what generation of Mustang was displayed for each day. Oddly enough, the Fox lead the race by a long shot, even way ahead of the first-gen cars.

I"m pretty sure that was the first version of this body style. I really hope they do a coupe and don't screw it up.


Funny we're talking about this, a buddy of mine just found a '79 Pacecar Matchbox under the seat of a car he bought. It's not in the best shape but it was really cool seeing it because i had a few of the same car as a kid.

I only have two like that one, but have ten or so of the red nitto one. The blue nitto was a K-mart only car. I also buy every of the buick/GN out there with the removable hood. I need to get an updated pic of my collection. I just started a year or so ago picking up stuff I liked.
