Custom chip guys, please step forward..

Okay, my JMS custom chip has arrived and sits waiting to be installed. Now of course JMS has included some instructions for installing the chip. However, we all know by now that not everything goes by the book, rarely does it ever. So is there anything..

I should be aware of?
take special precautions for?
prepare myself for? (stress?)
yadda-yadda-yadda for?

I just followed the instructions word for word and the chip went in fine. The computer was hard to get out, and now the bracket that holds it in won't fit. But JMS said that would happen.

Is there a fix for this? I don't feel comfortable having the computer just hanging out, if you will.

With the chip and all the wiring, the computer is pretty snug in there. I didn't worry about mine. You could fashion up your own bracket or use about a dozen tie-straps to keep it in place if you want.
