there was a v8 in there and if you like the hood you would love the way this hill billy had that in there, with tape and old bike parts

Tape and bike parts? Was it chain drive but the chain was made from duct tape?

I looked at this thread late last night and i actually had a dream about that stupid hood...seriously. I was dreaming that me and a buddy were looking at this car and i kept saying "wtf? wtf?" over and over.
