Okay I hope I'm just going crazy. I bought some e7's to replace my e6's. I've been working on this motor for a few months, and forgotten a few small details. I have done everything on this motor (including the actual machine-work.) And now I'm putting on the heads. I put the driver's side head on (motor on stand, facing it, on your right side.) The spark plug holes are facing back, away from the front of the engine. I put the other head on, and WTF the spark plug holes are facing me! So is that normal??! I've changed spark plugs on that car a few times, but I can't for the life of me remember if the passanger side plugs were facing me! Do I have a normal pair of heads or two off the same side? AAHH!!

the only way it would make any difference is if one end of the heads was already set up for the smog tubing that goes on the back of the heads, if your using that....i believe........
