Cylinders 1 thru 4 misfire

Update: After cleaning the MAF Sensor and swapping IAT Sensors, its no longer stalling and is not throwing a lean code. Engine runs better than ever. No backfiring of any kind. When driving it, it performs great, but the engine is still shaking violently. New motor mounts,(mentioned before new flywheel and Harmonic Balancer 50oz counterweight) Transmission Mount is good. I've checked every possible thing I can without pulling the engine. When you get around 3000+rpms, it shakes so bad that the shifter is literally moving and if your hand is on it, it will throw your hand off. This is even when your at a dead stop and trans is in neutral with the clutch depressed. Did this even without the trans installed. So, what's next for me to check? Other than the violently shaking, the engine performs great. No engine noises, no leaks anywhere! Great Oil PSI. It feels like its out of balance and I can reassure it has the correct balancer and flywheel. Maybe somethings wrong with the crank?
