Well guys i use to have H/C/I 95 but my dad made me de-mod it in order for him to drive it, good news is he is giving it back to me so i can leave weekend duty to the 03 and daily driving to my 95, but the bad news is i sold my H/C/I. Well anyways i want to build it back up.

Typhoon intake
E-cam (open to suggestions)
76mm maf
maybe 24lb injectors
and 150 shot of Nitrious

Well for reference I went from 25mpg highway stock to 23-24 mpg now. My in-city mileage dropped 3-4mpg , but the extra 200rwhp more than makes up for it.

Maybe once he drives it for a bit he will want you to mod it again.
