Dash and radio cuts off

Hi everybody! I have a 2017 GT and I have a weird electrical problem once or twice a month while I’m listening to music when the bass hits from my 2-12 subs my dash lights and my radio turns off completely but the music still plays ? I have extra insurance but they insist nothing is wrong . Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If radio turns off how is music still playing?
Does this happen after partaking in mother nature?

Hahah no definitely not I’ll have to try and catch it on video when it happens . My brother didn’t believe me either till he witnessed it. The small screen for the radio goes dark and my gauge cluster lights go off , and the info center goes dark too .
