Dash Pad 65 OEM/repo

Hey all.

Has anyone had an experiences with the OEM tooling dashes or Highway classics reproduction dashes? I know you pay for the OEM but what about quality?

I replaced my old repop dash pad on my 66 with a Ford Tooling dash pad I got from Year One. It is much better quality and I think it was worth it.

Both dashes are of good quality.They are both install very easily, and fit fit quite nice. Here are the differences between the two dashes; price is one; OEM tooled is usually about $100.00+ or more than the Highway Classics dash, and the other is that the Highway Classic requires a small amout of triming at the top of the dash where the inner molding installs. Once you install either dash, you cant tell the difference, so....
If you want to save $$$ and have a few extra minutes, buy the Highway Classics dash. If you just want to slip it on and go, then buy the Original Tooled dash.
