dashboard substitution

The dash in my 'stang is pretty beat up. Junkyard mustangs are hard to find around here..any suggestions on a replacement? I am talking about the whole thing.

Also, I have the 85mph speedo and would like the 140mph version. Any tips on that?

I know where the is a complete 84 GT running for $500..and a few in the scrap yards with everything still there

that is not a good pic. dash don't look too bad in the picture but its blurry and i can't see the seats, carpet or door panels either....lol.

I have alot of interior including a dash for a 87-93 swap. I put a 96 dash in my 93 and have a bunch of stuff left over

Badhorsie raises a good point. I love every thing about my fox except for the cheap plastic dash.

Has anyone done anything creative with their dash? I'm thinking of maybe trying to cover it in leather or vynil or something. My '68 has a nice vynil dash so I thought maybe something like that might work

there are products you can buy to repair, rebuild and even cover your damaged dash and there may be a repair shop in your area run a google search and contact some local auto body shops they can lead you in the right direction...
