daytime running lights

I'd like to install fog lights and have them ndependently come one with the car, just like daytime running lights. is there a step-by-step tutorial or anything that could help me out? thanks

What year mustang and model? Are you talking factory installed foglights or aftermarket?

I have a 01 v6 stang, and I'm think i'm gonna install fog lights. I pulled the dash panel off, and where the fog light should be (where those black "caps" are) there is a wiring harness hooked up. does that mean it's already pre-wired for fog lights? is it gonna be a simple install and plug in kind of deal? thanks

I'm not sure, but I am ordering this kit from 50resto. I really don't think Ford would have made it that easy.
