Yeah, he's good for a solid 30th place finish.

No offense to any drivers, but NASCAR as a whole sucks in my opinion. Nearly identical cars/penalties/Toyota/etc. has ruined the sport.

I have not watched it in three years.

Wrong....Kyle Petty will pull off an outstanding 40th place finish, and they'll interview him like he won the race
I'm predicting a Yates car will pull it off

I gave up on Nascar after M. Martin left Valvoline a few years ago and switched to the blue pill team... Or maybe it is the horrible commentators? I'm not really sure but I do check on Little E's progress every once in a while.

At least Waltrip got his name in the papers by cheating

Junior FTW...

Waltrip will be lucky if he will even make the race... We'll see if he makes it through the duel today in one piece....

Because Big E was a gladiator more than a race car driver. It's kind of like when Tyson went downhill, I haven't followed boxing much.

Y'all ready to watch a Yoda chasing down some chevy's and fords?

i think i was more angry with the fact that he died.. i just watched the wreck that killed him again (saw it that day too i was so die hard for nascar back then) and it looked like nothing really.. nothing at all compaired to his 1996 talledega crash...

but i think ill watch this weekend, with yoda being in it an all, and with all the controversary surrounding nascar this week

Get over the Toyota thing. Toyotas are as American as Fords and Chevys. Toyotas are designed for America, made in America, by Americans.

NASCAR is growing, there is more and more interest overseas. I bet within the next 5-15 years, Nascar will either go global, or there will be an international for of Nascar. There is Cascar in Canada but that is so close to the USA.

I'm hoping Bobby Labonte does something this year. With Martin running a limited scehdule I'm going with Edwards as my lead...but I hope Martin can win the 500.

Mark Martin is racing in the #01 Army Chevrolet this year...

He's currently in 8th place in the second duel race with 32 laps complete...
