Mine was built the week of Nov 8th and the last numbers are 12xxxx, so I don't think your '11' implies that it was built in November.
I noticed that the four digits preceding the last 8 digits have varied between simularly-equiped GTs: some are H255xxxxxx, H555xxxxxx, or (like mine) H655xxxxxx. I'm curious to know why this is the case....
the last 6 numbers are the production sequence number of your car so yours would be 114,797th car of that similar VIN tag that is or was built
EDIT: the H is for V8s, the number immediately after it is a check number to verify that the VIN is legit, the first 5 is 2005, and the following 5 is for the AAI assembly plant in flatrock michigan where the car is built
