Dead Pedal?

Do we know if anyone makes a Dead Pedal that can be installed? I find it annoying that my 2009 Focus had one, but the Mustang doesn't. :/

Hmm? There's a bump in the floorpan that seems to be a dead pedal to me on my 2012.....

Yep, there's a bump, but it's carpeted. South Carolina red dirt is hard on carpet though. So I was looking for something that matched the brake and gas pedal (it's an automatic). And as someone else already mentioned, the all weather mats do not cover the dead pedal section of the carpeting.

Gotcha. I just cut a piece of coroplast and slid it behind the section of my weathertech digital fit hard mat at that location.

I have thought about making something nicer but haven't got a roundtuit.

If only you could find one of those die cast bare feet they used to put in Volkswagens in the '60s in place of the gas pedal.

I bought a "dead pedal" for a Ford 500, not the Shelby. I just cut the tab off the back and mounted to the carpeted hump in the floor. They are only $7 or $8 from Ford, PN
