It almost sounds like too good of a deal. The fluids and parts alone would cost that much. Where are the labor dollars?
Perhaps the shop is planning to only change half those fluids and lie about the rest? This kind of fraud is very common and is why I suggest DIY. Svttech always recommends asking to observe the fluid changes to make sure they are actually done.

Yeah I was adding it up I came up with about 200 bucks in parts.
In which case 100 bucks not to have to deal with the Diff alone is worth it. IMO. I HATE GEAR LUBE SMELL.
Oil change / filter = $30
Fuel Filter = $15
Trans. Fluid changed =$40
Rear Diff. Fluid Change = $60
Coolant flushed and changed =$20
New Belt = $20

Brake Fluid flushed and changed = $100
K&N filter drop in = $30
Total = $335. I am guessing on those prices so take it for what it is worth.
I would takle it all myself in a few weekends. Buy royal purple, all the top brand stuff and it will be worth the extra time and maybe some money to do it yourself.
Yeah, a good price for all that work. Ford charges like 50-60 bucks just for a fuel filter change. Coolant flush is usually about 50-75 bucks at a Quik lube or something.
You do it yourself and you know it gets done, but for 300 bucks....that would save you a lot of time if you're like most of us and don't have every weekend free to do whatever you want.
