Deep dish 03 Cobra replica's???

Just wanted to know if anyone has seen the new deep dish 03-04 Cobra replica wheels that are soon to be released?? I called wheel replicas after seeing the new ad in MMFF mag & they said that they are being released in late september. In the pic they look pretty sweet & they are different than the usual Bullit's, FR500's (yes I know i have those on my Mach), & Cobra R's. I was looking into getting some black ones in 17x9 & 10.5 on my Canary yellow 95 GT. I am kinda bored with black wheels, but black on yellow is sick lookin to me!!! What do u guys think....

those would b extremely sexy...please post pics as soon as you find some..do you know if there going to make them in 18s?..im in the market for wheels i love deep dish but i was kinda leaning towards saleens b/c i like a 5 spoke design and the bullitts are a dime a dozen out here

When i last spoke to wheel replica cuz i heard of the DD Cobra they said it wasn't possible due to the nature of the design of the wheel. This is sweet. Too bad deep dish rims are always 10" or 10.5" cuz im looking to get some 03 cobra wheels but dont wanna give up my KDWII's

They are 4 sure coming out chris.... U could fit a 275 on a 10 inch rim, but it would look better with 285's or 295's. U should get some & get 295's in the rear, remount your 275's up front, but save your other 275's for when your fronts were out....

It looks like they only plan on releasing 17's 4 now.

17's? awwww. I mean i wanna keep my tires the way they are cuz i can rotate em and get 25-30% more life outta em

I hear ya!!! I like 18's better too, but i gotta have a deep lip in the rear & I am tired of paying 18" tire prices on my dd....The Mach will stay on 18's though, but Im getting 315's when my 295's are done....I love my KDW's but they need to make a 315...

BTW, the Mach might be getting a procharger real soon....I found a guy selling a nice polished used one off of a Mach 1 for $2500 for the whole kit...

I know everyone would say stay away from a used blower, but the car only has 19k and the only reason he is selling the blower is because hes selling the car & he wants to return it to stock 1st....

I think these are them???? I would have to see them on a car to know wether or not I like em.... Plus those centercaps gotta go!!! At least they are a welcome change from the Mustang norm, but if they do come out they will be as popular as Bullits/ FR's , cobra r's etc

They have them advertised right now with 17x9 & 10.5 with 315's & 275's for $795????

They did come out already, but there was a flaw in the design - spokes were too thin, threw off the whole look of the wheel, came out similar in design to Vette Wheels.

those look more like Y2K cobra, too much angle and not thick enough. Plus the center area isn't deep enough and the lugs arn't inset enough.

The 1st pic was the protoype I think. the one in the Mag looked more like those...No chrome for me though....

I'd love to see them with the machined finish. Thats the finish I'll get on my '03 Cobras in the spring. Great...now I have to decide between the regular or DD for the rear (depends on what the updated model of the rims look like).
