Definately

Jason,

I was up at Milan yesterday too. Without the car however. This sucks, I am buying a car off of a guy I work with. I am getting the car for nothing. The only problem is that it is having some collision work done at the moment. I know, but listen, Its a 91 LX Hatch, Edelbrock Performer Heads, GT-40 Intake (real one not Explorer), Crower Cam and Rockers, Auburn rear with 3.73 gears, Tremec 3550, Centerforce clutch, has boost and fuel pressure gage already installed on pillar, Walbro 255Lph pump with T-Rex Kicker Pump. This thing is all set for a blower. It was barely hit on the drivers side, needs a fender, headlight, and bumper cover. Anyway, once its fixed I'm buying it for 4,000. I just bought the P600B for it, I have a Flaming River Rack coming in a few days, I just bought my ignition system and I am picking up my ET Streets and Draglites next week.

Now for the problem; the car is sitting at the body shop, the shop has already been paid by the insurance company, and they are saying another 3 weeks befor they even get to it. WTF, I want my car. Thanks for letting me vent.

Once I get it we will definately cruise and hit milan. E-mail me the next time you go. I will be up there Friday Night for the Heads up shootout. Let me know if you are going to be there.

Peace

Jon

Hey guys,
First off, Jon.. seems like you've got a pretty good deal set up with the discription you've given. Good Luck with the body work and get some pics up! I'll let ya know next time I go cruisin or get up to Milan.
Second, gtrack... Good luck with the warranty "bypass" lol. I've got a buddy with an '02 Camaro still under warranty with Bolra Exhaust to say the least...runs mid 12's. I'll be thinking of you next time I'm out cruising

I was like so take them off, whats the big deal? him: well It looks like you might have to pull the motor... Merop the K-member..I'll pay.. him:well we dont really do that kind of work here... Jesus, now I'm about to go there and do it my self! I thought ford had mechanics that could take the whole damn car apart, guess i was wrong..lol so I may be getting a new TKO now or somthing aftermarket.....hhhmmm

MAY 19th. GAS BOYCOTT !!!!

Off topic, but want people to see...

Don't let them scam use over gas prices..

THE GAS BOYCOTT!

IT HAS BEEN CALCULATED THAT IF EVERYONE IN THE UNITED STATES DID NOT PURCHASE A DROP OF GASOLINE FOR ONE DAY AND ALL AT THE SAME TIME, THE OIL COMPANIES WOULD CHOKE ON THEIR STOCKPILES. AT THE SAME TIME IT WOULD HIT THE ENTIRE INDUSTRY WITH A NET LOSS OF OVER 4.6 BILLION DOLLARS WHICH AFFECTS THE BOTTOM LINES OF THE OIL COMPANIES.

THEREFORE MAY 19TH HAS BEEN FORMALLY DECLARED "STICK IT UP THEIR BEHIND" DAY AND THE PEOPLE OF THIS NATION SHOULD NOT BUY A SINGLE DROP OF GASOLINE THAT DAY. THE ONLY WAY THIS CAN BE DONE IS IF YOU FORWARD THIS E-MAIL TO AS MANY PEOPLE AS YOU CAN AND AS QUICKLY AS YOU CAN TO GET THE WORD OUT.

WAITING ON THIS ADMINISTRATION TO STEP IN AND CONTROL THE PRICES IS NOT GOING TO HAPPEN. WHAT HAPPENED TO THE REDUCTION AND CONTROL IN PRICES THAT THE ARAB NATIONS PROMISED TWO WEEKS AGO?

REMEMBER ONE THING, NOT ONLY IS THE PRICE OF GASOLINE GOING UP BUT AT THE SAME TIME AIRLINES ARE FORCED TO RAISE THEIR PRICES, TRUCKING COMPANIES ARE FORCED TO RAISE THEIR PRICES WHICH EFFECTS PRICES ON EVERYTHING THAT IS SHIPPED. THINGS LIKE FOOD, CLOTHING, BUILDING MATERIALS, MEDICAL SUPPLIES ETC. WHO PAYS IN THE END? WE DO!

WE CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE. IF THEY DON'T GET THE MESSAGE AFTER ONE DAY, WE WILL DO IT AGAIN AND AGAIN. SO DO YOUR PART AND SPREAD THE WORD. FORWARD THIS EMAIL TO EVERYONE YOU KNOW. MARK YOUR CALENDARS AND MAKE MAY 19TH A DAY THAT THE CITIZENS OF THE UNITED STATES SAY "ENOUGH IS ENOUGH"

Its going, I'm getting the clutch done also, so as soon as i get one , the trans is getting dropped then sent to ford... Then it should be rebuilt-repaired under warranty, re-installed with a clutch upgrade...
If all works out , I'll be good as new in no time! I hope

Procharger P600B for sale

I just bought this thing, and due to unforseen circumstances, my project is on the back burner. If anyone is interested, Its a Model P600B with all of the hardware to mount up to a 79-93 mustang. The car it was on was going low 10's and running 15-17 lbs of boost with no problems whatsoever. I looked at the unit and everything looks great. I am not an expert, but I can usually tell when something is F*#ked up, and this unit looks to be in good shape. I will take $1300.00 for the whole set-up. Thats Head unit, blow-off valve, all tubing, torsion bar, and race brackets. You will have to delete your air cond and power steering to use the set-up I have. If you can get around that more power to ya. E-mail me at jgreen282002@yahoo.com if interested or if you have any questions.

Thanks

Jon

Anyone go to the Milan Under the Lights event saturday? It was the Xceedspeed.com's domestic vs imports deal. I went and Ive got to say, the rice crowd talk an awful lot of trash for how slow their cars are. There were some quick ones for sure, but most of them were going high 15s and acting like thugs from Fast and the furious. Heh

Rice -a- Roni

Yeah, I couldn't go, but my buddy's kid raced that night. He went down to the final 4 cars in the bracket racing, then got invited to take part in some heads up deal. He ended up winning that. He got $100 and a Trophy. He drives an 85 Capri, Grey with the bubble window. Goes 11.90's naturally Aspirated.

Not bad for a 17 y\o.

His name is Brent Martin and he is currently 3rd in the Street ET points at Milan.

Hey, Dale... saw you at Milan tonight, looked like the Stang was running great! Unfortunately, by the time I realized it was you... you were trailering away.
