Opinions please! :hail2:

My 69 HT (see garage) has a Detroit Locker 9" rear (the silent type) that actually works very well - for a Locker!
My issue is that I use it for spirited road driving and am looking for another diff that won't be as tricky out of the corners. A Locker is great for drags, but when I really come on the pedal out of a corner (est. 380-400hp @ the wheels) the rear end gets very loose and I have to either powerslide thru or let go of the pedal to disengage the Locker and get full grip back. No PS so it takes a bit of holding on... Can get a bit hairy! :D

What's the opinion on Detroit TrueTrac for my application? Any other good suggestions?

the true trac is just a locker with lighter springs for less noise. you will still have the same tail happy situation as with the locker. you can reduce that tail happyness somewhat by either eliminating the rear sway bar, or(if you dont have a rear bar) installing a larger front bar(1 1/8" should do the trick).
