Diablo Predator is not working

I heard something where you have to take the tune off of your car in order to transfer it to another car. It makes them more money, but its kinda bs. =/ I guess it doesn't matter, because you cant drive two stangs at once, but friends might wanna try it out.

Do people run those predators (tuners) on 98 gt's?

wouldn't it be better to go to a performance shop and pay 100$ more and they do a tune and install a cutom chip?

Not for me it saves your old program so you can reflash it back into the car for any warranty work. A chip and you've voided your warranty, the preditor is the way to go if you don't want ford to know IMO.

good point my warranty is almost up so I'm just gonna return it or if anyone wants to buy it off me on here..

I'm just gonna go to a local shop for a tune and chip 550$ kinda pricey but they will squeeze all the hp out of it

Why would you beable to tune as many cars as you want?........so everyone in the country can throw in a penny to by one Predator and ship it to every stang owner in the world to tune their car......yeah they would make alot of money that way........

still better and cheaper than a chip

Install the same mods on two GTs of the same year. Tune one with a Predator and the other on a dyno with a chip (Pro-M, SCT, etc.) or reflash (EFI Solutions, SCT, etc.). See which one has the best curves and overall power.

My bet would be: Diablo Predator = teh lose

The only good thing about those handheld tuners is if you want to boost your ego so you can stand atop a windy mountain, hair blowing in the breeze with the Predator raised above your head while you yell "I am master Mustang tuner. I shall rule the world!"
