In a couple hours im gonna install an O/R H-pipe on my friends 02 GT and he has a Diablo tuner. Can it turn off the rear O2s? And is it just one of the menu questions on the programming menu?

If it is unlocked yes you can, be sure to modify tune to get access to the option

You cant use his tuner to do anything on your car related to actually tuning it.

You can use to to pull codes and clear them, but that is about it. If your CEL comes on you can clear it, but it will probaly just come back.

The tuner is married to the car that the tune is in, and you cannot transfer the tune to another car unless it is "unmarried" and then transfered to another vehicle.

Sometimes you make me wonder
Its HIS car that im putting on HIS H-pipe and use HIS Diablo to turn off HIS rear O2s

I have only used SCT before and knew the Diablo could I just didnt know if it was user adjustable or if it was a parameter that had to be dealer tuned. I didnt want to screw with it for a couple hours to find out it couldnt

Thanks Tag, that answered it for me.

Menu choice is OBDII. To set OBD-II settings for no rear O2s, turn all of the following to off:

OBD-II MIL
OBD-II Test Heater Bank 1 Downstream
Heater Bank 2 Downstream
O2 Sensor Config
