yeah, the programmer will help alot. i noticed difference with mine.
id try to start doing little suspension stuff, and get some good tires. get some softer springs, or the eibach drag launch ones since your on the cheapo. save up for some coil overs. suspension is a easy place to pick up some time. after your kinda quick, get some new uppers and lowers, as they dont help much on a stock car with street tires.
