Did I screw up?

I was removing my oil filter adapter and accidently missed the bottom bolt and loosened the main cap side bolt. I torqued it back down to 17lbs.

Will this be detrimental to my engine or screw something up?

You should be fine as far as the caps go, but if it's a torque to yield bolt, I'd probably look into replacing it.

I don't think it is because of the low torque specs. The service guide did not say they were TTY either.
