Did someone steal my door speakers?

Were the door speakers an option? I have a speaker grill thingy there but with nothing behind it lol. I guess its there for looks?

Pretty sure they were an option. On my last Fox body, I took the door panels off to install some speakers and the speaker holes were still covered with the plastic liner stuff.

Original owner may have put aftermarket speakers in and took them out when they sold it...

4-speaker stereo was standard, 6 speaker stereo was an option. The extra 2 speakers would have done in the door.

yeah... neither of my lx's have had them... my first lx i put them in... this one is being left as is... they were a pain to get the grilles back on and staying on.
