Diff and axles

Anybody rebuild their rear end before? What axles would you recommend and differential. I like Ford Racing axles and Moser. For the differential I would like an auburn pro but many say the cobra trac lok will do? Please any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

i rebuilt mine right after the SC.

i used a 31 spline auburn pro diff and moser axles with c clip elims.

I would get Strange axles since Moser's have had many breakages on average street cars.. Auburn Pro is going to be hit or miss and is not rebuildable so you will be really lucky with it or it will shatter like glass on one good slick run. I run an Eaton in mine and its been really good for 2 years now on DR's, Slicks and daily driving.

ive got alloy axles and detroit true trac. go with the true trac auburns you cant rebuild and eatons have had some failures lately
