Diffence between 94-95 GT and GTS?

The GTS is like a stripped GT. No spoiler. v6 seats.I dont think there are power windows. Its just a lightweight GT with basically no extra "options".

Think of it as a V6 Mustang with a GT Drivetrain and running gear.

yup and the original GTS owners had the option to have more craps in theirs.
Like mine came with a wing (not the original one tough, 3 poles) and with A\C and cruise control. But w/o power windows\leather and foglights.

speaking of there is an automatic GTS for sale at a dealership down the road from me for 7k, i had to do a double take when I saw it...

MINES GOT THE THREE POLE WING, POWER WINDOWS, AND POWER DOOR LOCKS. EVERYTHING ELSE IS SIXALIZED.
