difference between bump steer kit for power vs. manual steering

I've been looking for a bumpsteer kit for my 87 which is soon to be receiving a 95 steering rack and found a guy locally who is selling a new bumpsteer kit for 79-04 mustangs with manual steering. What is the difference between the tie rod ends for manual vs. power steering racks? I'd rather save the $65 over ordering them new if I can use them. Thanks
