difference between fox and sn95 T5 tranny?

Is there any difference, other than the gear ratios, between the fox T5 and the 94/95GT T5? I found an SN95 trans I can get for a good deal but I heard that maybe the bellhousing lenght and some other things might be of difference that I wanted to find out.

I tried to look on "On Demand" at work but It doesnt have jack for me there.

Will the SN95 bolt right up no problems with my fox?

Well from that I gathered that the Fox T5 has an input shaft length of 7.18 and the SN95 has an input shaft lenght of 7.85, what does that tell us? I know its longer but what will I have to do to get it to work with my fox motor? anything? just a different flywheel?

Also will my clutch cable work?
