difference Explorer98+ cam and mustang cam

Does any one know if there is any difference in a explorer cam lets say the 98 + and the 89 ,302 mustang cam.

I dont know the exact specs, but the Explorer cam is definitely smaller than the HO cam. I would swap it out for the mustang cam if youre not going with an aftermarket.
