Just wondering how difficult it is to replace a throw out bearing for the first time at your own home. What kind of tools are needed? Any tips/tricks? Anything else? Please let me know. Thanks guys!
Not sure, but I don't want to start something I can't finish...the only thing I've ever done on a car was the x pipe, and that was my own. Nothing else. I don't even know what a TOB looks like!Big D said:Its not that hard to do. The only kind of tool that you'll really need that you might not have is a Trans Jack. You can do it with out but its a pain in the @ss. How many miles are on the clutch? If I was you I would replace that to if it had some miles on it.
